BARBADOS DRUG SERVICE LECTURE RETURNS ON OCTOBER 31

The Barbados Drug Service resumes their public lectures, with the next one to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael.

The topic will be Work-life Balance from a Mental Health Perspective in recognition of the World Mental Health Day theme: Mental Health in the Workplace.

Ms. Annette Cumberbatch, Counselling Community Psychologist at the Psychiatric Hospital, will deliver the lecture which will give persons insights on how to manage work-life balance while protecting their mental health. Mental Health Nurses will be in attendance to participate in the discussion.

There will be a pharmaceutical display from 6:00 p.m. and a dramatic presentation by Double Laugh Theatre at the start of the lecture.
