Barbados Drug Service Lecture On October 31

The Barbados Drug Service will host a free public lecture on the topic Work-life Balance from a Mental Health Perspective on Thursday, October 31, at the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Centre, Two Mile Hill, St. Michael, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Counselling Community Psychologist at the Psychiatric Hospital, Annette Cumberbatch, will deliver the lecture, which will give individuals insight on how to manage work-life balance while protecting their mental health.

Mrs. Cumberbatch will share advice on how to be more productive, while finding time for personal life, feeling happy at home and at work, and tailoring life to suit individual needs.            

There will be a pharmaceutical display prior to the lecture between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.
