Mobile Clinic Schedule For October

A number of free services will be available to the public when the Ministry of Health and Wellness’ mobile clinic visits various communities this month.

The clinic operates from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and will be in the following areas on the specific dates.

• Wednesday, October 8 – Warrens Tower II, Warrens, St. Michael
• Monday, October 13 – Baobab Towers, Warrens, St. Michael
• Saturday, October 18 – Hastings Rocks, Hastings, Christ Church
• Friday, October 31 – St. David’s Anglican Church, St. David’s, Christ Church.

The mobile clinic’s services include routine screening for non-communicable diseases, prostate-specific antigen testing, blood pressure checks and blood sugar testing, screening for sexually transmitted infections, and breast examination and teaching. No vaccines will be administered by the clinic.
