The Ministry of Health and Wellness has advised that polyclinic and outpatient clinics’ pharmacies, operating under the aegis of the Barbados Drug Service (BDS), will be closed as listed in the following schedule from February 11 to March 4, 2026.
These closures are required to facilitate the yearly stock-taking exercise. The list is as follows:

| February 13 | Maurice Byer Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 16 | Edgar Cochrane Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 17 | St. Andrew Outpatient Clinic Pharmacy |
| February 18 | Frederick “Freddie” Miller Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 19 | Ladymeade Reference Unit Pharmacy |
| February 20 | Randal Phillips Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 23 | Branford Taitt Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 24 | Psychiatric Hospital Pharmacy |
| February 25 | St. Philip Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| February 26 | St. Philip District Hospital Pharmacy |
| February 27 | Eunice Gibson Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| March 2 & 3 | Winston Scott Polyclinic Pharmacy |
| March 4 | Geriatric Hospital Pharmacy |
These closures will not affect any other polyclinic services. Provision will be made to handle any emergency pharmaceutical request(s) during the stocktaking exercise. Members of the public are advised to take note of this information and arrange their business accordingly.
